Because our jewelry is considered personal wear, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Items must be unused and unworn. We are committed to ensuring you have a beautiful experience and will gladly replace items that arrive damaged. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
