All items are ready to ship. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend contacting your local post office first. We are happy to help guide you through next steps if needed.
